Earlier versions of this course were originally created and designed in 2016 by Helen J. DeWaard for the Faculty of Education at Lakehead University. This is the fourth iteration of the course, revised and redesigned for 2021, in light of everyone being required to engage in online learning. The focus of this course is on a self-directed learning experience for teacher candidates in the professional teaching program at Lakehead University. This is an online, elective course offered in the Faculty of Education.
